Job Overview
Act as a liaison, accept and process orders, answer questions regarding products and services, resolve any emerging issue that customer may face.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with partners and agents Nationwide to fulfill delivery.
- Accept and process customers order for shipping/delivery
- Close sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
- Identifying and attend to customers’ needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meeting personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling.
Job Requirements
- BSc or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Must be a good team player
- Must possess good character traits and personality.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Live within Ajao Estate/Mafoluku/ Isolo and environs.
- Under 30 years of age.
